Hello! I’m Alison Snee and I am passionate about helping people to create positive change in their lives through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. 

I offer one-to-one online sessions in which I use gentle yet powerful techniques that have proven to be highly effective in bringing about beneficial and sustained change. ​The sessions will help you to focus on taking positive steps towards creating the life that you want.

Before we begin sessions, we will meet online for a free, no obligation, initial consultation which normally lasts about 30 minutes.

This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and decide if you'd like to give hypnotherapy a try.
