My interest in complementary therapies started over 15 years ago when I attended a yoga retreat in Italy and got to experience a massage and aromatherapy for the first time. These treatments made me feel completely rejuvenated and I respected the way that they took a holistic approach to care, incorporating physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Life can be stressful and challenging at times, right?
Following a big life challenge a few years later, my mental health took a hit and I began to suffer from anxiety and sleep problems. I had read that hypnotherapy could help to alleviate these issues, so I decided to give it a go.

The result was that I felt calmer, more positive and my sleep improved significantly. It made me realise just how important it is to get adequate sleep to be able to manage our every day lives.
I was so impressed with the quick and long-lasting results that I felt inspired to train in this modality myself so that I could help others benefit from it too.
