My interest in complementary therapies started over 15 years ago when I attended a yoga retreat in Italy and got to experience a massage and aromatherapy for the first time. These treatments made me feel completely rejuvenated and I respected the way that they took a holistic approach to care, incorporating physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Following a big life challenge a few years later, my mental health took a hit and I began to suffer from anxiety and sleep problems. I had read that hypnotherapy could help to alleviate these issues, so I decided to give it a go.
The result was that I felt calmer, more positive and my sleep improved significantly. I was so impressed with the quick and long-lasting results that I felt inspired to train in this modality myself so that I could help others benefit from it too.
