It gives me immense satisfaction to be able to help people to feel better about themselves and their lives through hypnotherapy.
I was inspired to train to become a hypnotherapist after many years of wanting to work in a profession where I could work one-to-one with people to help improve their wellbeing.
Having suffered from anxiety and depression myself and experienced the positive benefits hypnotherapy made to my own wellbeing and mindset, I felt called to train in this therapeutic modality so that I could help others improve their own lives in the way my hypnotherapist had helped me.
We all have struggles throughout our lives (we are humans not robots!) and I honestly feel that everyone would benefit from receiving therapy at those times of struggle. There is no shame in this. Whether it’s Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, counselling, sound healing therapy, massage or any other form, these useful interventions can be a lifeline for us and help us physically, emotionally and mentally.
